1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jza9 ("jza9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jza9.net. By accessing the jza9 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jza9. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.

jza9 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. 1.1 Platform Availability

jza9 makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, jza9 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical failures, or interruptions caused by your internet service provider — including Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, and Teletalk network issues.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English. In the event that any translation is made available for reference, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text in all cases of ambiguity or dispute.

1.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and e-commerce principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through jza9's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. jza9 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution for all players.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jza9 and its real-money gaming services is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at every subsequent point of use.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a jza9 account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. jza9 enforces this rule through identity verification ("KYC") procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jza9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time we deem it necessary to comply with our obligations. Acceptable documents include government-issued national ID, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time frame requested by jza9 may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on jza9, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. jza9 relies on the information you provide to operate your account and process your transactions.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide your real name, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address when registering. You must ensure this information remains accurate and current throughout the life of your account. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jza9 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under an alias, or through a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited. Where jza9 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the player may be permanently closed, any pending withdrawals may be cancelled, and bonus funds will be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jza9 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. jza9 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling OTP two-factor authentication, which is available free of charge from your account settings. 3.4 Account Currency

All jza9 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. jza9 does not convert funds or charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the jza9 payments team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. bKash and Nagad withdrawals submitted by verified accounts are typically processed in under 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your name and linked to your jza9 account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement attached to the funds you wish to withdraw must be fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.

4.4 Deposit-Only Funds Policy

Funds deposited into your jza9 account are held for gaming purposes. If you deposit funds without placing any wager, jza9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal of those funds. This measure exists to protect against money laundering and misuse of the payment infrastructure.

5. Bonus Terms & Promotions

jza9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket match-day specials, BPL and IPL seasonal promotions, and Pragmatic Play network tournaments. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players who have registered a verified jza9 account and made a qualifying deposit, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Players who have self-excluded, had their accounts restricted, or are in violation of these Terms are not eligible to claim or retain bonus funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion detail page before you claim the offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus, which is also stated on the promotion page. Bonus funds that expire before wagering is completed will be forfeited without compensation.

5.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live dealer table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), cricket betting, and sports wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. The contribution rate for each game category is displayed in the terms of each specific promotion. Playing excluded games while a bonus is active will not count toward wagering and may breach the promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

jza9 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive a welcome bonus more than once; using systematic betting strategies (such as low-variance matched betting across multiple selections) designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, jza9 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to permanently close the accounts involved.

5.5 Promotion Modification

jza9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are being actively wagered in good faith at the time the change takes effect.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jza9 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund your jza9 account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to a legitimate jza9 transaction. Players who initiate unjustified chargebacks will have their accounts closed and the disputed amounts recovered by all available legal means.
• Money laundering: Using the jza9 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. jza9 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional competition on jza9.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in games or to automate betting activity on the platform.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access and use your jza9 account, or accessing and using another person's jza9 account, for any reason.
• Identity misrepresentation: Registering using a false identity, another person's identity, or any identity other than your own real legal identity.
• Harassment: Using the jza9 live chat or any other communication channel to harass, abuse, threaten, or demean jza9 staff or other players.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

jza9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the wellbeing of its players. The following tools and policies form part of these Terms and reflect our obligations to the player community in Bangladesh and beyond.

7.1 Player Self-Management Tools

All jza9 account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time from your account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in BDT. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

8. Amendments & Account Termination

8.1 Amendments to These Terms

jza9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

8.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your jza9 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds that have not yet been wagered to the required threshold) will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt during BST business hours.

8.3 Account Closure by jza9

jza9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• jza9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• The player has been identified as being under 18 years of age.
• The player has initiated unjustified chargebacks against jza9 transactions.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed by jza9 for reasons other than player breach, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable time frame.

8.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the jza9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jza9 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
